Working at i2i<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We have a social mission: affordable and accessible health care. The people who work for us, do so in order to make a difference to society. This way we want to keep health care effective and affordable. We do this with our Fair Care Partnership; an intelligent model that analyses and compares data in health care and keeps the claim flows at health care institutions healthy. We are a young, fast-growing company with a close team. At i2i, Data Scientists<\/strong> perform challenging analyses, Consultants<\/strong> supervise improvement processes at hospitals and other health care institutions and the employees of our data warehouse<\/strong> focus on collecting data.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A challenging work environment<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Working at i2i means actively contributing to affordable and accessible health care in the Netherlands. The analyses performed by our Data Scientists<\/strong> are complicated. It is therefore important that they organise these analyses properly, make them correct and can convey the message of what the data means exactly, and how it can be improved. That makes working for us challenging. Plus: data science is our core business. This means that you have inspiring colleagues who also know everything about data science and from whom you can learn a lot.<\/p>\n

Our Consultants<\/strong> discuss the analyses with doctors and hospitals and help them to initiate an improvement process and make it a success. They must also be analytically strong and have very good communication skills.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Personal development<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We believe personal development is one of the most important pillars for being happy and successful in your life and work.\u00a0For that reason, we have set up the so-called i2i Academy where you can invest around 5% of your working time.\u00a0We have various substantive courses (for example, statistics or different programming languages) and training courses in the field of personal development (for example, conversation skills for the Consultants).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

On the job learning<\/strong><\/h3>\n

i2i regularly chooses to organise projects in such a way that our people can learn more from them, for example by linking Data Scientists with specific knowledge and those who still have to develop in a certain area. For example, many of our colleagues master programming languages with the help of others, or they focus on further specialising in machine learning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mentor and coaching<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Everyone who starts working for us is given a mentor for the first year. At i2i you need a lot of specific knowledge, so it is good to have a point of contact, someone you can turn to with your questions. After that first year, you will receive coaching on request.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The atmosphere is informal at i2i. For us, it is about content and our social mission, but we also pay attention to fun and relaxation.
